We step into your heart space together. Sometimes it looks like a cave or a glowing temple—however it shows itself, we go in. I guide you through and we illuminate areas in your heart with loving light until the entire space softens and becomes radiant and alive again.

I walk beside you in this co-creation, helping you direct that energy like a sacred healing wand, until your system remembers what safety feels like.

This high-frequency heart beam is co-created between us—pure love directed from your heart power and mine, into the places that ache for light. Most clients report sensing colors or warmth rushing through their chest.

This technique meets the parts of your body that have been held in shame, resistance, or silence. I guide you to send love—true, cellular-level love—to areas you may have rejected or dishonored. As this loving energy flows in, the body begins to relax, respond, and remember that it is worthy of care. We focus on expanding love to the micro level, allowing it to ripple throughout your entire being to honor your temple (physical body).

This transmission speaks across layers—emotional, spiritual, energetic—and your soul receives exactly what it's ready to hold.

In this technique, we welcome all past versions of you with full acceptance and surround them with loving energy. You send your own heart frequency to every prior version of you that longs to be remembered with kindness and accepted with grace. We don’t revisit pain or dwell in old stories—we move straight into love, acceptance, and self-honor. This is a celebration of wholeness and a harmonizing of your lovely light. The shift happens not because we search for wounds—it happens because we rise in love and acceptance.

This technique awakens the energetic intelligence of your heart. I view your energy field from above, scanning your spiritual body for patterns, stories, and unspoken needs. What I describe often matches what you’ve been feeling but couldn’t express.

This is when I reflect the truth of your soul back to you intuitively—gently, clearly, and without distortion. It’s not something you’re told; it’s something you remember. This technique uses intuitive, physical hand movements to sweep away stagnant or chaotic energy. First used in a session with a male client, I sensed a cloud of energetic noise in his field—so I began rapidly waving my hand between us, as if clearing smoke. Almost instantly, his spiraling thoughts quieted, and his breath deepened. Thank you he said. The space became still again. This clearing creates room for your soul to breathe, your heart to soften, and your truth to re-emerge. You clear and then recenter in yourself.

“Jessica stopped my mind loop instantly and I could think clearly again.”

During this technique, my hands (in person) or mind (remotely) are intuitively drawn to areas of the body holding unspoken emotional energy. In one session, I was pulled directly to the lower abdomen of a client—without him needing to say a word. This practice reveals where the body has been storing unprocessed feelings or tension. When these spaces are acknowledged with presence, breath and balance return naturally.

“She placed her hands exactly where I was feeling it—even though I never told her.”

This technique gently reveals subconscious patterns that are quietly running beneath the surface—then helps you re-align them with the truth of your soul. These aren't wounds we dig for or problems to fix. Instead, what often happens is that a limiting belief rises naturally in the field, and together, we rewrite it into a higher truth. It's a moment of clarity, a shift in frequency, and a loving remembrance of who you really are. This work isn't clinical reprogramming—it’s energetic realignment with your soul’s truth, guided by love and higher resonance.
